90% Indians don’t sleep at the right time: Godrej Interio Study

Mumbai, 15th March 2018: A recent study conducted by Godrej Interio reveals that sleeping post 10pm is clinically declared as an inappropriate time to go to sleep and it triggers a change in the sleeping pattern that leads to sleep deprivation. This is irrespective of the number of hours of sleep. The study was conducted across 8,000 Indians living across the metros. Godrej Interio , India’s leading furniture brand in both home and institutional segments, launched the sleep@10 campaign last year that focuses on addressing the rising concern over sleep deprivation in India.

Bangalore 15th March 2018: According to the India Sleep and Wellness survey commissioned by Sunday Mattresses and conducted among working professionals above the age of 25, there is a direct correlation between increasing salary and ease of falling asleep. The survey conducted across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore indicates that there is also a direct correlation between productivity and sleep.
